Consulting Professionals for the Earth and the Environment
This year the American Water Resources Association (AWRA) will award $8,000 in scholarships for graduate and undergraduate students pursuing higher education in the field of water resources.
The endowment used to fund the scholarships is named for Richard A. Herbert — a champion for water resources education.
