Questions for GPR or Other Geophysical Imaging

The following information is collected when discussing new projects or providing quotes. Please submit as much information as possible when contacting Mundell.

What depth would you like to image down to?
Are any of the areas you want to scan located inside?
Are you aware of the geologic conditions beneath the site (soil type, bedrock type, etc.)?
Are there any potential sources of interference located in the survey area that you are aware of (utilities, electric lines, overhead lines, metal objects)?
What is the ground surface like (grass, asphalt, heavily vegetated or open, etc. )?
What level of reporting do you need for the project (mark the anomalies on the ground, mark the anomalies and a summary figure, full report)?

“Leaf” Your Gas Powered Tools Behind

As we start thinking about raking leaves and getting our yards ready for winter, we have a chance to clean up in a responsible way. Leaf blowers and lawn mowers powered by gas create a lot of noise and pollution. Use electric tools or rake your yard by hand (and get an extra workout). Compost your leaves, branches, and weeds as much as possible to avoid using the plastic trash bags and you’ll also have a head start on spring!
