Corrective Action Plan and Remediation Planning at a Former Dry Cleaner
Mundell completed investigation activities at a former cleaners located in a 1 Year Time-of-Travel municipal wellfield in Rochester, Indiana. The site includes several complications such as a comingled plume of petroleum and chlorinated impacts. In addition to overseeing the installation of vapor mitigation systems, Mundell is working on logistics and coordination of the approved Corrective Action Plan which includes construction of permeable reactive barriers via multiple lines of in-situ injection products that will work to break down cVOCs using both abiotic and biological methods……Read More »
Initial Site Investigation at an Active Dry Cleaner Facility
Mundell completed investigation activities at an active dry cleaning facility located in a Five Year Time-of-Travel municipal wellfield for the City of Indianapolis where cVOC impacts had been identified adjacent to the site. After the presence of indoor air vapors was confirmed as exceeding screening levels, Mundell oversaw the installation of vapor mitigation systems and is designing a Further Site Investigation Plan……Read More »
Residential Drinking Water Impacts from Treated Utility Poles
Mundell was contracted to assess the susceptibility of private drinking water wells to new wood utility poles, which were treated pentachlorophenol (PCP).
