John Mundell Speaks at Worldwide Ecology Conference

November 3, 2020 Topic: Community Involvement

John Mundell, President of Mundell & Associates, was invited to speak at a international conference on the impact of Pope Francis’ encyclical letter Laudato Si’ on contemporary society.

From October 23 – 25, 2020, faith based leaders, scientists, community organizers, and business executives connected online at the EcoOne 2020 conference to explore a relational vision of humanity and of the natural world from a variety of perspectives: ethical, scientific, social and theological. The topics focused on creating renewed encounters between culture and religions in efforts to address the current environmental crisis.

Pope Francis sent a detailed message to the participants of the conference of EcoOne, thanking them for their “research and your cooperative efforts to seek new ways that lead to an integral ecology.”

John was a panelist on the October 24 webinar “Ecology and Society: Best Practices” along with other scientists and researchers from Argentina, Italy, and Spain.

Check Your Heating Ducts

To ensure that as much warm air as possible is delivered through your central system, check the ductwork and wrap any leaks with duct mastic. Distribution losses (what’s lost while air is transported from your furnace through ductwork to the vents) often amounts to 30%. So, sealing ductwork could increase efficiency and the warm air you receive considerably … keeping you warmer and making your furnace work less.
